Peter WallaceManaging Director Peter Wallace is the founder and Managing Director of Endeavour Capital, an independent corporate advisory company. Endeavour Capital’s operations include acquisitions, business sales, capital raisings, directorships, IPO project management, succession planning and valuations. Peter’s career spans corporate advisory, private equity, non executive directorships, financial control and general management. Prior to establishing Endeavour Capital in 1998, Peter was an Investment Director with Hambro-Grantham. He has been Managing Director of a listed private equity company. He has over twenty-five years experience in advising smaller and mid-sized businesses and has been a non-executive director of over 20 company groups in a wide range of industries including; biotechnology, distribution, financial services, healthcare, information technology, manufacturing and retail. Peter is currently non-executive chairman of ASX listed Ambertech Limited (audio and broadcast products) and non-executive director of The Executive Connection Pty Ltd and Carte Blanche Australia Pty Limited. He has a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Administration, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Chartered Accountant Business valuation Specialist and a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers.
