* advertising model– where we advertise the business for sale on 8 business for sale listing sites
* marketing model– as well as advertising the business, we seek out potential buyers through industry research as well as from our database of buyers of distressed businesses
* full service model– where Endeavour Capital manages the whole business sale process including advertising, marketing, writing the advertisement and business profile, compiling the information for the virtual data room, dealing with potential buyers and obtaining indicative and final offers for your firm to consider.
While our fees include a retainer, the majority of our fees for the full service model are based on the successful sale of the business.
